Foreign Rights
The publishing house Baltos lankos was established in 1992, right after Lithuania regained its independence, and since then has become one of the leading publishing houses in the country. Baltos lankos is famous for the high artistic and textual standards of its publications, maintaining rigorous translation and editing policies. The publishing house can be recognized as a key Lithuanian publisher of fiction written by most prominent foreign and local authors, engaging non-fiction, and well-regarded academic titles in humanities and social sciences, as well as children’s, middle-grade, and YA books. Baltos lankos releases over 120 titles per year.
